On Christmas Eve, Scooter, Giggles, and Jumbo share stories and cocoa, unaware that a magical crisis is brewing. At exactly midnight, time freezes, and a mysterious voice tells seven-year-old Scooter, the only one who can move, that Christmas merriment is missing. He has just one hour to fix something he (or his friends) regretted, or Christmas will disappear forever. Scooter discovers Giggles's regret over breaking her sister’s snow globe and Jumbo’s sadness about his muddy toys. He ingeniously repairs the snow globe into a mosaic and creatively decorates Jumbo's toys with clay. Finally, Scooter confronts his own regret of shattering his great-grandmother's angel ornament, transforming the pieces into a meaningful new artwork. As he resolves each regret with kindness and ingenuity, time slowly unfreezes, and Christmas is saved, filling Evergreen Valley with renewed joy and a deeper appreciation for making amends.
