Prince Tiermo and his sister, Princess Aurelia, strolled through the gardens of Nancy. Tiermo, a brave but slightly clumsy prince, suddenly stopped, eyes wide. "A lion!" he whispered. Aurelia gasped. A tiny lion cub, no bigger than a cat, whimpered near a rose bush. It was hurt, its paw bleeding.
Aurelia, ever the compassionate one, gently approached the cub. Tiermo fetched water from a nearby fountain. They cleaned the wound with a soft cloth. The cub, they named Leo, nuzzled Aurelia's hand.
"We need to find its mother," said Aurelia. They searched the gardens. They called out, their voices echoing. They found nothing. Tiermo, remembering his father's stories of forest creatures, suggested they seek help from Elara, the wise owl.
Elara, perched high on an ancient oak, listened intently. She guided them towards a hidden cave behind a waterfall. There, nestled amongst rocks, lay a lioness protecting her injured cub. Tiermo and Aurelia helped the lioness tend to her cub. The lioness, grateful, nudged Leo to nuzzle both children.
They watched Leo reunite with his mother—a happy, satisfying ending to an unexpected adventure.
