By using our platform to generate and publish AI-assisted podcasts to platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon, or any other external platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure compliance with legal standards, protect intellectual property, and maintain the integrity of the content created through our platform. Definitions

  • "StoryBee" refers to StoryBee Inc.
  • "Services" means all products, services, and content offered by StoryBee
  • "User" means any individual or entity using the Services
  • "Content" refers to all material generated through the Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating or publishing content using StoryBee's tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform for podcast publishing.

2. User Responsibilities

a. Adherence to Platform-Specific Terms and Policies

Users must ensure that all podcasts published comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of the platform(s) where the content is published, including but not limited to:

  • Spotify's Content Guidelines
  • Apple Podcasts' Submission Guidelines
  • Amazon Music's Content Policies
  • YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal of your content, penalties, or suspension from the respective platforms. StoryBee is not responsible for content removed by these platforms or any penalties incurred.

b. Ownership and Licensing of Content

Content generated through StoryBee's platform belongs to the user, but you grant StoryBee a license to process and publish your content to external platforms on your behalf.

You must ensure that all third-party materials (e.g., music, images, or video clips) used in your podcast are either royalty-free, properly licensed, or fall under fair use guidelines.

c. Disclosure of AI-Generated Content

Users are responsible for disclosing that the content is AI-generated if required by applicable laws or platform policies.

3. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards

a. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users must not upload, publish, or distribute any content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. This includes:

  • Audio or video elements not owned or licensed by you
  • AI-generated content that mimics existing copyrighted works without proper permission

StoryBee is not responsible for:

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from using StoryBee to:
