• Your submissions do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material;
• Your submissions will not be used to solicit or promote unlawful activity.

You grant StoryBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any content you submit for the purpose of providing our Services.

User Uploaded Content

(a) Ownership and Responsibility. You retain all of your ownership rights to any User Uploaded Content that you submit to StoryBee. However, you are fully responsible for all User Uploaded Content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our Services.

(b) Non-Infringing Content. By uploading content to StoryBee, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content or you have obtained all necessary permissions to use it
• The content does not and will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

(c) Content Liability Disclaimer. StoryBee is not responsible for and does not endorse any User Uploaded Content. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from users uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected intellectual property without proper authorization.

(d) Public Availability. You acknowledge that any User Uploaded Content may be publicly accessible. Therefore, you should exercise caution and discretion regarding what information you choose to upload or share. StoryBee bears no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the public accessibility of your uploaded content.

(e) Third-Party Access Restrictions. StoryBee will not sell your User Uploaded Content to third parties. Your content may be accessible to other users as part of the Services (for example, stories you choose to share publicly). StoryBee cannot control how other users or visitors may use or download content you choose to share publicly.

(f) Copyright Infringement and Takedown Procedures. StoryBee respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any User Uploaded Content infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable law by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site

You may link to our website provided the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by StoryBee; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site. Organizations may link to our website without prior written approval, provided the link meets these criteria.

No use of StoryBee's logo or other artwork is permitted for linking without a separate trademark license agreement.

We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our website at any time.

Content Standards

1. Prohibition of Profanity: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing, uploading, disseminating, or endorsing any profane or obscene language whilst engaging with the content on this platform.

StoryBee will exclusively own any improvements to, or new inventions based upon, such Services, or Services based on the Feedback.

This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and StoryBee.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time.
