Prince Pip was a happy prince. He lived in a shiny castle. The castle had big, round towers. Pip loved to play. He loved to giggle. Pip's giggles were the best! They sounded like little bells. One sunny day, Pip was playing in the garden. The garden was full of pretty flowers. Red flowers, blue flowers, yellow flowers! He chased butterflies. The butterflies had sparkly wings. Pip giggled. "Hee hee!" he giggled. Suddenly, Pip stopped giggling. He tried to giggle again. But no giggle came out! Pip felt sad. His giggle was gone. Where did it go? Pip looked under a big red rose. No giggle. He looked behind a tall blue flower. No giggle. Oh no! Pip's giggle was lost! He had to find it. Pip ran to his mama, the Queen. The Queen had a sparkly crown. "Mama, Mama! My giggle is gone!" Pip cried. The Queen hugged Pip. "Don't worry, Pip," she said. "We will find your giggle." The Queen called for the Royal Knight, Sir Reginald. Sir Reginald had shiny armor. He had a big, strong horse. "Sir Reginald," the Queen said. "Prince Pip has lost his giggle. Can you help him find it?" Sir Reginald bowed. "Yes, Your Majesty! I will help Prince Pip." Pip and Sir Reginald went to the forest. The forest was big and green. They looked behind the trees. They looked under the leaves. "Giggle, giggle, where are you?" Pip called. But no giggle answered. They met a friendly squirrel. The squirrel had a fluffy tail. "Hello, squirrel!" Pip said. "Have you seen my giggle?" The squirrel shook his head. "No, I haven't seen it," he said. "But maybe the owl knows. He sees everything at night." Pip and Sir Reginald went to see the owl. The owl lived in a tall tree. "Hoo hoo!" said the owl. "What do you want?" Pip said, "Mr. Owl, I lost my giggle. Have you seen it?" The owl thought for a minute. "Hoo hoo! I saw something sparkly fly by last night," he said. "It went towards the Whispering Waterfall." Pip and Sir Reginald went to the Whispering Waterfall. The waterfall was tall and loud. The water splashed and made rainbows. Pip looked behind the waterfall. He looked under the rocks. Still no giggle. He heard a little sound. "Sniff, sniff." Pip looked around. He saw a little fairy. The fairy had tiny wings. The fairy was crying. "Why are you crying?" Pip asked. "I lost my sparkle dust," the fairy said. "Now I can't fly very well." Pip felt sorry for the fairy. He wanted to help. He looked in his pocket. He found a shiny button. He gave the button to the fairy. "Here," Pip said. "Maybe this will help." The fairy took the button. She smiled. Her wings started to sparkle. "Thank you!" the fairy said. "You are very kind." The fairy flew around Pip's head. She sprinkled him with sparkle dust. Suddenly, Pip felt funny. He felt like laughing. "Hee hee!" Pip giggled. His giggle was back! Pip was so happy. He hugged the fairy. "Thank you for finding my giggle!" he said. The fairy smiled. "You found it yourself," she said. "Being kind makes giggles come back." Pip and Sir Reginald went back to the castle. The Queen was so happy to see Pip giggle again. Pip learned a lesson that day. Being kind makes you happy. Happy makes you giggle! From that day on, Prince Pip always helped others. He helped the gardener water the flowers. He helped the cook stir the soup. He helped the stable boy brush the horses. And Pip always giggled. His giggles filled the castle with happiness. The end.
